DESCRIBE A RECENT PROJECT YOU ARE FOND OF. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE?

I am currently working on a table from the 1870’s, as I was repairing one of the leafs that was split. The customer and I agreed to cut one inch of the leaf in order to fix it properly. During this process I came across a bullet slug imbedded in the wood (this is an oval table until you add the 4 leafs). It seems that either the tree used to make the table was hit by this bullet or perhaps the table got caught in a shoot out during the civil war. The walnut tree used for this table was cut from their ancestors farm in Virginia. The owners were happily shocked with this finding. They are in the process of retracing the table’s history.
